How to Order - U.S. Customers

Step 1

QUOTE: To receive a price quote please contact our Sales Department or complete our Request for Quote form. For further assistance please call us at (541) 345-9178.

Step 2

TERMS: Determine sales terms if you are a new customer. For immediate shipping we will ship COD. For Net 30 credit terms, please fill out our credit application. Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale document (PDF).

Step 3

PURCHASE ORDER: Mail or email a signed purchase order to our sales department. Please be sure to add shipping costs to your PO. Our address and phone numbers are:

We will send you a purchase order acknowledgement and a shipping date. Please make sure to include your name, phone number, and email address.

We ship UPS (your choice of service), FOB Eugene.

Please note: If your order includes custom development work, 50% of the cost is due at the time of the order. Please speak with our sales representative.

Step 4

SHIPMENT: We will ship your order and you will receive an email notification of the shipment with the tracking number.
