PXS - What does it include?

In addition to the PXS hardware and the eCOS Real Time Operating System (RTOS), the PXS uses LayGO®, our highly modular multi-protocol stack (X.25, LAPB, LAPD, NRM, Frame Relay and proprietary). The combined use of LayGO® and TCP/IP services provides a great variety of communication solutions. Besides HDLC, we support drivers for SDLC, bit-transparent, bisynchronous and monosynchronous modes.
	Remote Client Services
	The PXS provides a full range of remote client services. From a remote location the user can: Update or reconfigure the PXS software through the web server. Take control of the application running on the PXS. Obtain logging information during the communication session. Monitor data lines between the PXS and the target system at the physical, link, network and application layers. Receive e-mail (SMS) from the SMTP about potential communication problems.
